$20/hr Position Overview The Associate Diagnostic Technician is responsible for labeling, inspecting, and packaging final container products using both manual and automated systems. This position also sets up, changes over, and operates labeling and packaging equipment, manages data entry, and generates computer-imprinted labels. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, good manufacturing practices (GMP), and standard operating procedures (SOP) is vital. The role may also include initial checks for document completeness and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Operate filling, labeling, and packaging equipment, ranging in complexity, to produce finished intermediates and final kits, following Production Manufacturing Records, SOPs, and ISO/cGMP requirements. Participate in Filling Operations, including aseptic gowning and tasks performed in aseptic environments. Conduct in-process quality checks for fill, torque, vision system, label alignment, and other specified attributes; inspect products for defects and ensure conformance to quality standards, SOPs, ISO, and cGMP requirements. Assist with completion of all production documentation, including Production Manufacturing Records and SAP transactions, ensuring correct lot numbers, expiration dates, reconciliations, and intermediate handling. Clean work area and decontaminate surfaces according to defined procedures; adhere to SOPs, Quality System Regulations (QSRs), and all safety requirements. Perform scheduled environmental monitoring activities within Filling Suites as required. Conduct warehousing activities such as picking, issuing, returns, internal distribution, receiving, and shipping, per defined procedures. Execute other duties as assigned by management. Physical Requirements & PPE Regular use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
