Lead a critical operation:
Take ownership of automated beam saw and sheet storage equipment in a high-volume production environment.

Improve production flow, material yield, labeling, and overall efficiency while reducing downtime and remakes.
Competitive compensation:
$28 - $40/hour plus a production bonus. What You'll Be Doing As the Lead Panel Saw Operator, you will operate automated beam saw and sheet storage systems, run cutting programs, optimize material usage, and monitor production software, cut lists, and labeling. You'll troubleshoot equipment and production issues, identify material defects, and help maintain consistent production rates. You'll also serve as a resource for the team by mentoring and cross-training other operators and helping build greater depth within the operation. What You Bring 7+ years of relevant production or machine operation experience, including automated beam or panel saw experience. Experience with automated material handling, cutting programs, optimization, production software, and troubleshooting. Strong computer skills and the ability to work in a high-volume production environment. Experience with additional equipment such as CNC routers, edgebanders, or drilling equipment is a plus. HOMAG or Holzma experience is preferred. Ability to work within approximately 60 minutes of Burlington, NJ.
