The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for safely moving materials, operating equipment, supporting production operations, and maintaining an organized work area. Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers safely and efficiently. Load, unload, transport, and properly position materials and products. Move inventory and raw materials throughout the warehouse or production facility. Operate machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines. Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns. Assist with picking, staging, stocking, and inventory movement as needed. Accurately handle and organize materials while preventing product or equipment damage. Follow OSHA/company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Work closely with warehouse, production, and shipping/receiving teams. Meet daily production and material-handling goals while maintaining quality and safety standards. Qualifications Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, or Equipment Operator . Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers . Forklift certification preferred/required depending on facility requirements. Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to safety and detail. Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred.
