Duties Operate and monitor bakery machinery to ensure optimal performance during food production processes Conduct routine inspections of equipment, performing mechanical troubleshooting and minor repairs as needed to minimize downtime Follow manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and other regulatory standards Handle raw materials and finished products with manual handling techniques, including heavy lifting and proper use of material handling equipment such as forklifts Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in accordance with sanitation standards and food safety management practices Document production activities accurately, including batch records, quality checks, and safety inspections Skills Proven experience in food production, baking. Mechanical knowledge related to bakery equipment operation and troubleshooting complex machinery Familiarity with safety standards in manufacturing environments, including PPE use, heavy lifting techniques, and safety protocol adherence Understanding of

GMP, HACCP, CGMP

(Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and food safety management systems Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and quality control purposes Experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts or similar machinery safely Strong attention to detail for quality assurance and regulatory compliance in food processing environments

Pay:

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
