3:00 PM

•11:30 PM | $25.54/hr + 6% differential (approx. $27.07/hr) 3rd

Shift:

11:00 PM

•7:30 AM | $25.54/hr + 12% differential (approx. $28.60/hr)

Training:

1st Shift, 7:00 AM

•3:30 PM for the first few weeks Direct Hire What You'll Do Follow formulas and processing instructions to produce liquid flavor compounds Measure, pour, mix, heat, and cool materials according to batch instructions Inspect materials for proper color, odor, and quality before use Process, filter, and sample batches as required Maintain accurate production records and inventory Assist with dispensing and material handling Maintain a clean and organized production area Follow GMP, OSHA, safety, hazardous-waste, and internal procedures Requirements Previous experience in compounding, batching, blending, mixing, or similar manufacturing Ability to accurately follow formulas, batch sheets, and processing instructions Experience measuring and handling raw materials Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to maintain accurate production documentation Knowledge of manufacturing safety procedures Ability to work in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment Dependable and comfortable working in a hands-on production setting Must be able to train on 1st shift, 7:00 AM
