Machine Operator

POSITION SUMMARY

To cross train and operate all machines in an efficient and effective manner to the specific requirements of the job using the machines, instructions and tools provided.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Transfer materials from station to station in a timely manner. Properly maintain job audit logs as trained. Write clearly and be concise. Assist in conducting inventory in their general area. Perform cleaning and maintenance. Maintain clean and orderly work site. Comply with safety rules and procedures established by the company. Comply with PCI Security standards and obey explicit rules of the High Security Areas Perform any other task assigned by their immediate supervisor. Assist security personnel in any job specific capacity as needed. Strict adherence to process, regulations, safety mandates, and work scheduling. Ability to learn and follow S.O.P.'s, without deviation. Constant quality assurance and throughput inspection. ' Pride of ownership ' in all responsibilities and functions. General computer literacy. Situational awareness.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Ability to effectively communicate with peers and management. Great communication skills Write clearly and in a concise manner on all forms and documents. Basic arithmetic skills. Problem-solving mindset

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or higher education required. Use and handling of materials and card manufacturing equipment.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
