Blending Operator Trainee Location:

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 1:30pm-9:30pm ( Training Hours are on 1st shift 5:30am-1:30pm)

Pay Rate:

Training Rate $18.00 per hour ->$19 per hour PROMAN Staffing is currently seeking a Blending Operator Trainee for a manufacturing facility in Edison, NJ. This is a great opportunity for candidates with warehouse or manufacturing experience looking to grow their skills in a production environment.

Responsibilities:

Review blend schedules and prioritize work assignments. Prepare and complete labels with required production information. Collect and submit samples to Quality Control during production. Ensure materials are properly labeled, covered, and stored. Verify materials, weights, and lot numbers before loading ingredients. Read and follow production records and formulas. Retrieve and stage materials needed for production runs. Inspect materials for damage or expiration concerns. Verify blending equipment is clean and properly assembled. Learn to operate milling and screening equipment. Maintain accurate production documentation and follow GMP procedures.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or

GED. 1-2

years of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred. Experience in food, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or supplement manufacturing is a plus. Ability to perform basic math and follow written instructions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
