The ideal candidate will be responsible for setup and operating and maintaining various types of machinery within a packaging facility. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products while adhering to safety standards. Duties Setup and operate packaging machines and other equipment, ensuring optimal performance and product quality. Follow cGMP standards and site procedures. Conduct regular inspections of machinery using micrometers and other precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy. Perform assembly line tasks, including the assembly of components and final product inspection. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement effective solutions. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in packaging environments is preferred. Familiarity with hand tools and basic tooling techniques is essential. Knowledge of cGMP principles is a must. Ability to read and interpret production instructions. Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
