Machine Operator / General Utility Beverage Manufacturing Flemington, NJ 2nd Shift (3:00 PM-11:00 PM) or 3rd Shift (11:00 PM-7:00 AM)

Union Position Overview:

Hiring Machine Operators / General Utility employees to support production operations. This is a full-time union role offering strong pay progression, benefits, and long-term stability. Job Responsibilities Operate and monitor production and packaging machines. Load materials and supplies onto production lines. Inspect products for quality and packaging defects. Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and cleaning. Monitor equipment and report any issues to supervisors. Move materials and finished products as needed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all production, quality, and safety procedures. Perform general labor duties and assist with other production tasks as assigned.

Pay & Schedule:

Starting rate: $16.25 or 16.75/hour Annual increases of $1.00/hour , up to $20.50/hour 40-hour work week with mandatory overtime
