Job Description

Blue Moon Estate Sales is looking for a personable, organized, and reliable Team Lead / Field Manager to oversee weekday staging and weekend estate sales. This part‑time role begins as a contract position with hands‑on training and opportunities for growth once you learn our pricing, staging, and brand standards. This role would be for our "Freehold Territory" which serves: Freehold Territory - Western Monmouth County, Middlesex County, Eastern Mercer County Primary towns served: Primary towns served: Freehold Old Bridge East Brunswick Manalapan Millstone Monroe East Windsor •as needed What You'll Do Lead and supervise team members during staging days and sale events. Maintain Blue Moon's core values, professionalism, and customer‑focused environment. Organize, sort, and stage household items to create a pop‑up retail experience. Price items accurately and photograph inventory for marketing. Communicate clearly with staff through our messaging app and in person. Ensure a safe, respectful, and efficient work environment. Assist with hiring and training new team members. Work compassionately with older adults and families inside their homes. Pick up and deliver supplies as needed. Qualifications Ethical, patient, punctual, and customer‑service oriented. Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills. Comfortable learning basic pricing and using apps for scheduling, timekeeping, AI research, and photography. High attention to detail; able to work independently and with a team. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in attics, basements, and storage areas. Reliable transportation across 2-3 counties; working phone and email required. Flexible availability; hours and locations vary weekly. Professional and courteous when working inside clients' homes. Able to manage multiple tasks in fast‑moving, on‑site environments.
Schedule Weekdays:
Monday-Wednesday, 10am-3pm
Weekends:
Friday-Sunday, 8am-3pm (Not all days required each week; schedule varies based on sales.) Training Provided Online training modules 1:1 Zoom or in‑person sessions On‑site field training Role Details Part‑time, on‑site position across Central New Jersey Work occurs inside client homes; local travel required Contract to start, with growth opportunities
Pay:
$22.00 - $29.00 per hour
