Adecco is currently hiring immediately for dedicated Machine Operators to join our esteemed client in Hamilton, NJ. As a Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in operating automated production machinery, inspecting products along a continuous flow line, and assisting with light assembly tasks. Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor automated production machinery to ensure smooth operation. Conduct ongoing inspections of products to maintain quality standards. Perform light hand assembly, including assembling boxes, applying labels, and filling out production logs. Collaborate with team members and under supervision, train new employees on daily tasks and safety procedures. Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the work area. Assist with additional tasks as assigned, with flexibility to adapt as business needs evolve.

Work Schedule:

Day Shift:

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30

PM Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred but not required At least 1 year of manufacturing or machine operating experience Previous experience in warehouse or production settings a plus Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious, and reliable Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adapt quickly Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals

Pay Details:
