Responsibilities Set up and calibrate embroidery machines to ensure precise stitching according to design specifications Operate embroidery machines efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality control Monitor machine performance during production runs, troubleshooting issues promptly to minimize downtime Inspect finished products for accuracy, consistency, and overall quality before packaging Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to safety and operational procedures Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and optimize workflow processes Document production details and report any machine malfunctions or quality concerns promptly Qualifications Prior experience with embroidery machine operation or sewing machine handling in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is highly preferred Strong understanding of garment construction and sewing techniques Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality standards in a production environment Ability to interpret design files and adjust machine settings accordingly Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating adaptability in fast-paced environments Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work safely in a busy setting Embark on a rewarding career where your craftsmanship makes a visible impact!
