$23.40/hour

Schedule:

Monday through Saturday, 5:00 AM to 1:30

PM Overtime:

Must be available for overtime as needed Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently. Perform routine equipment inspections, preventative maintenance, and basic repairs. Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues to minimize downtime and keep production running efficiently. Assist with machine setups, changeovers, adjustments, and start-up procedures. Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet required standards. Manually assemble and install packaging components, including sprayers, caps, dividers, cases, and display units as needed. Replenish, load, and unload production materials to maintain continuous production flow. Identify and communicate equipment concerns, production issues, and quality concerns to supervisors and team members. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and production requirements. Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, machine operation, maintenance, production, or an industrial environment is preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting skills. Ability to safely use hand tools and basic maintenance equipment. Ability to perform machine adjustments and assist with basic repairs. Strong attention to safety, quality, and productivity . Dependable with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Must be available to work overtime as needed .
