Key Responsibilities Mixing Ingredients :
Combine raw materials and chemicals according to precise recipes to create paint batches. This includes weighing and measuring ingredients accurately.
Quality Control :
Monitor the mixing process to ensure even distribution of materials and test samples for quality assurance. Document all activities and batch contents for traceability.
Equipment Operation :
Operate mixing and blending equipment safely and efficiently, following all safety guidelines and protocols.
Recipe Adherence :
Follow established recipes and production schedules to ensure that all batches meet the required specifications and quality standards.
Safety Compliance :
Adhere to safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling hazardous materials
Required Skills and Qualifications Education :
A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required. Additional education in chemistry or a related field may be beneficial.
Experience :
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, particularly in paint or chemical processing, is preferred. Attention to

Technical Skills :
Able to drive a forklift, ability to operate mixing equipment, perform basic math calculations for ingredient measurements, be able to lift, reach, bend, twist and lift up to 60lbs.
