Job Description
Who We Are Who You Are Perfect Communications, located in Moorestown, NJ, a premier full-service commercial printing company, is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our production team as a Bindery Operator . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and a strong willingness to learn the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of standard print finishing and bindery equipment (such as tabbers and binder and inkjet machines). We are looking for a reliable team player who can work independently, maintain high-quality standards, and thrive in a fast-paced production environment. What You'll Do Responsible for setup, operation and troubleshooting of various bindery equipment Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on finishing equipment. Responsible for quality output Responsible for keeping work area clean and organized. Assist in all finishing operations as production workload may require. What You Bring Must have at least 3 years of general print bindery experience. Ability to stand for length of shift. Ability to bend and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift 75 lbs. Ability to work overtime based on work volume Ability to work independently and make decisions regarding quality and production output requirements What We Offer Starting at $18.25 per hour (final rate may increase commensurate with prior experience).
