Job Description
Production Technician Direct Supervisor:
Flower Packaging Lead Must be 21 years of age. The flower packaging technician is a skilled manufacturing professional. This role will provide the opportunity to learn how to package a diverse group of cannabis consumer products in a high paced manufacturing environment. In this role you will execute on the post harvest packaging plan and ensure quality control throughout the entire manufacturing process. We are a Veteran owned company, and we have a strong preference for hiring Veterans for this role. Please indicate if you're a Veteran when applying. Job functions are but not limited to:- Meet daily quotas in a high paced manufacturing environment
- Abide by all company standards
- Execute post harvest packaging plan
- Assist production manager in all aspects of product manufacturing
- Stand flexible to support other departments and learn new skills
- Maintain a steady production pace
- Maintain and clean work areas and facility
- Maintain professional and reliable attendance Experience Military experience and veteran status strongly preferred Kitchen or consumer product, lab, or production experience preferred Cannabis industry experience is a plus but not required Experience working in heavily regulated environments Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure product quality and safety standards are met.
