Multiple Openings Location:

Franklin, NJ (Sussex County) Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Cannabis Industry We are hiring dependable and motivated individuals for multiple positions within our cannabis cultivation and manufacturing facility. Opportunities are available in cultivation, harvest, packaging, and machine automation.

Open Positions Cultivation Technician Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM

• 2:30

PM Pay:

$19.00/hr Support daily plant care including watering, pruning, trellising, defoliation, and maintaining clean grow environments.

Post Harvest Technician Schedule:

Tuesday-Friday | 5:45 AM

• 4:15

PM Pay:

$18.50/hr Assist with harvesting, drying, curing, and quality control of cannabis products.

Packaging Technician Schedule:

1st

Shift:

6:00 AM

• 4:30 PM | $18.50/hr Package, label, seal, and prepare cannabis products for distribution while maintaining quality standards. Packaging Technician II

• Machine Automation Schedule:

  Monday-Thursday | 2:00 PM

AM Pay:

$20.50/hr Operate and troubleshoot automated packaging equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
