Machine Operator Lead Zing Recruiting is partnering with a leading manufacturer in Rahway, NJ to hire a Machine Operator Lead . This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone with machine operation experience who has led a small assembly or production team and is ready to grow into a larger leadership role.

Pay:

$23-$25/hr

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM-6:00 PM Responsibilities Lead and support a small assembly/production team Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment Train and assist team members on processes and procedures Troubleshoot basic machine issues and escalate as needed Ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met Maintain a clean and organized work area What We're Looking For 2+ years of machine operation experience Experience leading, training, or mentoring a small team Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Basic computer skills Desire to grow into a leadership position Why Zing?
