Packaging Technician

Ridgefield, New Jersey job type: Contract salary: $28 - 30 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: High School responsibilities: Perform meticulous manual and visual inspections of prefilled syringes to identify and immediately report any failures or non-conformances.

Support fast-paced, semi-automated packaging lines by accurately staging components, reconciling materials, and troubleshooting equipment during changeovers.

Maintain strict adherence to FDA and cGMP regulations while accurately documenting batch production records, maintaining logs, and performing required data entry.

Conduct daily safety walkthroughs, routinely clean the production area, and consistently achieve quality, safety, and efficiency targets.

Work collaboratively with line leaders and teammates in a flexible schedule, maintaining excellent communication regarding daily activities, performance, and training goals.
