Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Laser Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate advanced CNC laser cutting machines to produce high-precision metal components, ensuring quality standards are met or exceeded. Your expertise will contribute to efficient production workflows and uphold our commitment to excellence in manufacturing. Duties Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines, ensuring proper calibration and alignment for each job Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents to accurately program machine operations Conduct routine machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments to maintain optimal performance Follow safety protocols diligently, adhering to all safety standards in production environments Requirements Prior experience operating CNC laser cutting machines or similar industrial equipment in a manufacturing setting Ability to read mechanical blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately Familiarity with safety standards in production environments and industrial equipment troubleshooting skills Basic math skills including shop math for measurements and calculations related to machining tolerances Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work Ability to lift 50lbs+ and stand for extended periods of time Join our team as a CNC Laser Operator and be part of a company that values precision craftsmanship, safety excellence, and continuous improvement.
