During your shifts, your main job is to address any technical issues on the line as they appear. You must be quick on your feet to get to the line safely, troubleshoot the issue, and repair it as quickly as possible, always ensuring minimal downtime and complete safety. During other parts of your shifts, you will do preventative maintenance, repairs, and updates as needed. To thrive in this role, you must have an impeccable safety record, and you must be reliable and show initiative. You show up every day eager to dive in and address issues you see, without being told. You are responsible for keeping the line moving safely and you take a lot of pride in that.
Full Responsibilities:
Safety:
Safety is our number one priority. You'll learn our plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training including lockout/tagout, arc flash, Forklift certification, housekeeping, and 5S standards.

We take pride in our output, and you take pride in ensuring our equipment is running smoothly and safely.
High-Speed, Loud Environment:
we manufacture plastic pails through injection and Blow Molding Machining. Some areas of the plant get very warm in the summer.
Hard work:
Each day you'll be bending, lifting, stooping, and like to repair equipment. You will replace sensors, contacts, or other defective parts. You'll work with PLC equipment, multiple small tools, and high-voltage equipment. You are responsible for keeping your equipment in safe, usable condition and your area safe and tidy always.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Read and understand pneumatic, hydraulic, electric and electronic documentation and drawings and interpret equipment data 3 yrs Experience and demonstrated knowledge of troubleshooting skills, preferably in PLC motor controls, electrical equipment, Pneumatics, and Hydraulics. Required Perform PLC programming & diagnostics on various systems and troubleshoot electrical equipment such as relays, contactors, overloads, timers, photodetection & proximity switches or light curtains. Preferred Strong understanding of Allen Bradley Control Systems, RS Logic 5000 & Seimens S7 Preferred Experience with Fanuc and Toshiba.
