Action Group Staffing is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Extrusion Machine Operators for overnight manufacturing opportunities.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with basic machine-operating experience who want to develop additional technical skills in a manufacturing environment. Candidates with general machine operating knowledge and the ability to use precision measuring tools are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided. Job ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor extrusion machinery following established procedures.

Use calipers and micrometers to take accurate measurements.

Perform basic computer tasks and production data entry.

Follow operating instructions and established quality standards.

Maintain attention to detail throughout the production process.

Learn equipment operation and procedures during hands-on training.

QualificationsBasic machine operating knowledge or experience in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to read and use calipers and micrometers.

Ability to read, write, and communicate in English as required for the position.

Basic computer and data entry skills.

Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.

Dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Previous extrusion experience is a plus, but not required.

Training & SchedulePermanent Shift:

3rd Shift, Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM-7:30 AM.

Training Period:

Approximately 4-6 weeks, depending on individual progress.

Training Schedule:

Initial training takes place on 1st shift, with possible additional training on 2nd shift.

Candidates must be available for the required training schedule before transitioning to their permanent overnight shift. # INDDO
