Experience Requirements Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Ability to maintain productivity standards and meet performance goals Job Duties Sort and process mail in a warehouse environment Maintain a production rate of at least 400 pieces of mail per hour Verify mail accuracy and ensure proper sorting procedures are followed Move, organize, and stage mail for processing and distribution Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times Maintain a clean and organized work area Work from start to finish of shift until all assigned mail has been processed Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred. Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Mail Processor. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
