Job Summary:

A Machine Operator installs, fixes and operates various types of machinery. Their main duties include performing routine maintenance checks, following strict safety regulations and guidelines and operating mechanical or computer-operated equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Physical Execution Run machine based on product and process parameters Verify correct materials and labels before starting Monitor Machine Performance During Production Quality & Compliance Inspect product quality for seals, weight, and labeling Ensure packaging and product meet specifications and quantity System & Documentation Complete batch record documentation accurately Changeover & Support Assist with line changeovers and equipment cleaning

Qualifications:

High school diploma required

Hiring Requirements:

Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds Experience working with manufacturing equipment and machinery and an understanding of manufacturing process, GMP, SOP (3+ yrs exp.)
