Manual Machine Operator PrideNow - 3.2 Trenton, NJ Job Details Full-time $30.00 - $34.25 an hour 7 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Journeyman License Machine setup Tool & die Milling machines Equipment adjustment (production tasks) Full Job Description Job description We are seeking a qualified journeyman with 2-3 years of experience as a tool and die maker or machinist, or alternatively, 7-10 years of experience operating CNC machines and working with tools and dies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in setting up and operating machine tools, verifying dimensions, and fabricating and assembling parts according to precise specifications.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances of finished parts using measuring instruments. 2. Set up and operate conventional or CNC machine tools to shape parts to prescribed dimensions. 3. Study blueprints, sketches, or specifications to plan sequences of operations for fabricating tools and dies.
Qualifications and Technical Skills:
1. Must possess journeyman's papers with 2-3 years of relevant experience. 2. Proficient in using calipers, gauge blocks, micrometers, and dial indicators. 3. Experience with setting up and operating lathes, milling machines, grinders, and other machine tools. #
PNOW Pay:
$30.00 - $34.25 per hour
