Non-Exempt Job Summary:

Set up and operate/tend machines designed to laminate form layers with Roll Coat (cooling gel) according to exacting standards of work orders.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Education & Experience:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• -Operate and perform basic troubleshooting of lamination machine
• Set up, operate, and perform basic troubleshooting of laminators and ensure that each machine is properly positioned with material
• Follow daily work orders assigned to each lamination crew
• Use knowledge and experience to resolve basic operating problems; reports all other problems to supervisor
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.

• -After equipment has been properly set up, aligned, and tested according to the Work Instructions (WI), the Machine Operator is responsible for obtaining raw material to begin the lamination process.
• Foam layers are placed on the conveyor and fed into the laminator.
• Used pallets and cardboard must be stacked in an orderly manner when emptied of raw material.

Education:

• -High School diploma or GED equivalent required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
