As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Seals/Rubber Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, safety consciousness, and reliability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Operate production machinery to meet daily production goals Set up equipment according to customer specifications and quality standards Monitor and inspect parts during production, documenting findings accurately Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols Report equipment issues, product discrepancies, or safety concerns promptly What's Needed? High School diploma, GED, or equivalent 3-5 years of proven Machine Operator experience Knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety procedures Proficiency with MS Office Suite; SAP experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and perform physical tasks as required What's in it for me?
