Test Services Technician

Test Services Technician position requires an individual to be detail oriented and flexible. The individual will not only be responsible for packing units, but also be available to assist in any other areas in the plant as needed, including cementing, shipping, testing, etc. Perks & Benefits - Hiring Immediately/Weekly Pay Starting pay is $17.67/hour 8 hour shift Day Shift - Monday to Friday 7:00am-3:30pm WorkLife Balance is Important for our employees. Medical/Dental/Vision benefits with a strong, reputable company 401(k), 401(k) matching, Employee Tuition Reimbursement Program, Flexible Spending Account, Health Savings Account Paid time off, Parental leave Employee referral program Temp-to-hire Job Requirements Rig, pack, and deploy evacuation systems; Prepare aircraft doors for deployments (charging/pre-deployment setup); Install evacuation systems in mockups and support deployments; Setting up and executing tests per engineering input; Read and work from posted schedule; Work independently or in a team setting as required; Read/Understand CMM and folding procedures; Support jump testing events as needed; Maintain organization and tool control; Must be willing to support testing at customers' locations both domestically and internationally; Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture; Regular, predictable attendance is required; Other duties may be assigned with respect to skill levels Complementary Description High School Diploma and/or GED equivalent; Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions. Pallet jack; Fork lift certificate is a plus; Temp-to- Hire Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
