Onsite Hours:
6:15 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. (with potential for OT) Responsibilities- Operate slitting and rewinding equipment to process raw materials, medical tapes, and coated laminates and films.
- Complete in-process checks and batch record documentation accurately according to manufacturing orders.
- Set up equipment correctly, including wind direction and tension settings, in accordance with SOPs.
- Use slitting tools and machine components safely and effectively, including scissors, crush, and razor knives.
- Label, package, and prepare finished materials for transfer or shipment as required.
- Clean equipment and maintain the work area in compliance with safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards.
- Complete all aspects of the slitting operation, including in-process control activities and batch record documentation accordance with manufacturing orders.
- Follow manufacturing procedures and support safe, efficient production operations as needed. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 4-5 years of production or manufacturing experience.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic math skills and ability to complete production documentation accurately.
- Comfort using basic tools, equipment, and manufacturing machinery.
- Able to wear safety glasses, hearing protection, full face/half mask respirator, latex gloves, tyvek suit, and other safety equipment as needed.
