Job Description

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Compounder to work with a leading company in the personal care and cosmetic manufacturing sector in Wharton. This role is responsible for the precise weighing, mixing, and compounding of raw materials to produce high-quality cosmetic and over-the-counter drug products in a strictly regulated environment.
Shift Patterns:
2nd Shift 3:00pm to 11:00pm
Pay Rates:
25.00 - 28.00 USD hourly Role for
Compounder:
Weigh and dispense raw materials according to batch records and verify material identity. Operate and monitor mixing and compounding equipment while following specific processing parameters. Complete manufacturing documentation accurately in real time, adhering to GDP and ALCOA+ principles. Set up, operate, and clean equipment according to standard operating procedures. Collaborate with quality assurance, quality control, and warehouse teams to support production goals. Benefits for
