3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Pay Rates 30.00 - 39.00 USD hourly Must-have requirements for Compounder More than 2 years of experience in cosmetic compounding within an FDA-regulated environment. More than 2 years of experience weighing, dispensing, and compounding raw materials for cosmetic products. More than 2 years of experience operating mixing, blending, or compounding equipment. Strong understanding of compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Desirable requirements for Compounder Technical knowledge of 21 CFR Parts 210 and 211 regulations. Familiarity with cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines (ISO 22716). Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability for production equipment. Ability to follow detailed batch instructions, including order of addition, mixing times, and temperatures. Role for Compounder Weigh and dispense raw materials accurately according to batch records and verify material identity. Operate and monitor mixing and compounding equipment such as tanks, kettles, and homogenizers. Complete manufacturing documentation accurately and in real-time, adhering to ALCOA+ principles. Perform in-process checks and monitor process parameters to ensure product quality and consistency. Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Warehouse teams to support production and audit activities.
