Sweep Construction is a fast-growing, high-performing general contracting firm. We specialize in quality work, tight timelines, and keeping our word to clients. That means our crew must be sharp, skilled, and reliable. We're hiring tradespeople (carpenters, framers, finishers, etc.) who can: Work independently and as part of a team Follow blueprints and spec sheets accurately Meet production goals without sacrificing quality Problem-solve in the field without hand-holding Show up ready to work every single day This is not a fit if you: Need constant supervision Are "just here for a paycheck" Can't handle fast-paced, high-standard work
Pay:
Competitive, based on experience. Bonuses for speed + quality.
Schedule:
Full-time. Overtime available on some jobs.
