Paid training provided Full-time opportunity Entry-level position, $15.75/hour Work Monday - Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm Gain valuable manufacturing and electronics industry experience Team-oriented work environment What You'll Learn and Do After completing training, you will be responsible for: Setting up and operating precision production equipment Reading and interpreting work orders Following production drawings and sample assemblies Aligning parts using jigs and other holding devices Using hand tools, power tools, machinery, and equipment to join and secure components Connecting wires between components, connectors, terminals, and contact points using approved bonding procedures Performing testing and inspections using magnification devices, measuring instruments, and electronic testing equipment Ensuring products meet quality standards and production specifications Following all safety, quality, and operating procedures Qualifications Manufacturing experience required Must demonstrate longevity and reliability in previous employment Ability to stand for extended periods of time Basic computer skills required Strong attention to detail Dependable and eager to learn Ability to work effectively in a team environment Good communication and problem-solving skills Ideal Candidate We're looking for individuals who are motivated, dependable, and ready to learn new skills.
