General Assembly Operator (Temp-to-Hire) Located in

Carson City Pay:

Starting at $16.00/hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30

PM Breaks:

Two 10-minute paid breaks and one 30-minute unpaid lunch

Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals for a Temp-to-Hire General Assembly Operator position. Employees will perform a variety of assembly and production tasks in a manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Assemble products according to work instructions and quality requirements. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow all safety and production procedures. Learn and perform multiple assembly processes. Move between workstations and departments as business needs require. Work as part of a team to meet production goals.

Requirements:

Ability to stand and be on your feet for most of the shift. Willingness to learn new processes and take on different tasks. Flexibility to work in various production areas as needed. Strong attendance , reliability, and attention to detail. Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

Employment Type:

This is a temp-to-hire position with the opportunity for full-time employment based on performance, attendance, and business needs.
