Filler Operator Shift:

Morning (2:30 PM-10:30PM) Job Summary Supports production efforts through a variety of tasks to maintain production levels, minimize turnaround time, and ensure a clean, safe work environment. Key Responsibilities Fill cans, containers, totes, and drums to specified weights Label all containers accurately Package and box products for shipment Complete First Piece Inspection Forms Clean vessels and tanks using proper PPE Store waste drums on designated pallets and maintain spill-free areas Attach correct arm locks to containers based on product type Use and read various scales Set up workstations and count finished goods Operate stretch wrapper and handheld scanners Maintain clean and organized work area Follow all safety and quality policies Perform additional duties as assigned Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification Ability to read and follow manuals, safety rules, and procedures Basic computer skills for training and company systems Physical Requirements Lift and carry up to 100+ lbs Stand/walk on concrete up to 90% of the shift Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling Occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing Operate warehouse equipment and forklift (up to 10% of shift) Safety Requirements Steel-toed boots required Hard hat required Safety glasses with side shields required Additional PPE provided as needed (gloves, aprons, respirators, etc.) Additional Notes Must be committed to company safety and quality standards Must be able to adapt to changing duties as needed
