1st shift: 6:35am-2:35pm M-F (no differential) 2nd shift: 2:35pm-10:35pm M-F (15% shift diff) 3rd shift: 10:35pm-6:35am Sun-Thurs (15% shift diff) Responsibilities Entry level in Assembling mechanical and electronic components using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments according to technical drawings and production documentation. Conduct manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while adhering to safety protocols to prevent injury. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety standards in production at all times. Assist in process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements for lean manufacturing practices. Manage assembly line tasks efficiently, ensuring timely completion of production goals while maintaining high quality standards. Follow manufacturing management procedures to document work progress and report any issues or defects promptly. Experience High School diploma or GED Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred. Any experience with assembly, using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
