COPY LINK link Adecco is recruiting for a Machine Operator for a client in Auburn, NY. This is a temp-to-hire position paying $18-20/hour. Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm. No experience is required - training will be provided for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Job Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery Load and unload materials into machines Perform basic quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications Maintain a clean andanized work area Follow all safety and production guidelines Qualifications High school diploma or GED Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus Exposure to CNC or other machinery is helpful but not required Strong attention to detail Ability to stand for the duration of the shift Reliable, daily, on-time attendance is required Positive attitude and willingness to learn Why This Role Great opportunity to get into manufacturing with apany willing to train Consistent first-shift schedule Long-term opportunity with growth potential

Pay Details:
