Do you enjoy working with automated equipment and being part of a team that helps bring quality food to tables across the country? We're looking for a Packaging Machine Operator to help keep our pasta production running smoothly and efficiently. At our pasta manufacturing facility, you'll be part of a team dedicated to producing products families enjoy every day. What You'll Do As a Packaging Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in the final stage of our manufacturing process by ensuring pasta products are packaged safely, accurately, and efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
Operate and monitor automated packaging equipment and production lines Perform machine set-ups, adjustments, and changeovers for different products and package sizes Inspect packaged products to ensure quality, coding accuracy, and proper sealing Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate larger concerns as needed Conduct routine equipment checks and basic preventative maintenance tasks Accurately complete production and quality documentation Follow all food safety, GMP, quality, and workplace safety requirements Keep the work area clean and organized to support sanitation standards Work closely with maintenance, quality, and production teams to maximize line performance What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred Experience in food manufacturing is a plus Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Why Join Us?

$22.47 per hour with $1.50 per hour shift differential for working the night shift.
