The Associate Equipment Operator, Digital Manufacturing plays an important role in the efficiency and accuracy of the labeling process by supporting the operation and maintenance of digital labeling equipment. This position helps ensure labels are produced on time and meet required quality, customer, regulatory, and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Set up computerized digital equipment for print production runs using proprietary software applications in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs). Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot equipment during production runs. Process rejects according to Work Instructions. Ensure equipment and materials are operated and maintained to the highest standards. Follow all SOPs, including post-production equipment cleaning. Maintain an organized equipment room and manufacturing warehouse. Inspect printed materials during production and correct printing issues as needed. Verify printed sheets meet job order requirements, customer profile specifications, quality standards, construction specifications, and current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP/GMP) requirements. Understand and follow all SOPs and WIs related to equipment operations. Apply current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) in all areas of responsibility. Contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment focused on quality, productivity, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Environment Fully onsite position. Manufacturing and print production environment. Fast-paced workplace that relies on teamwork to meet established timelines. Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) safety standards is required. Some degree of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required, including safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coats, ear plugs, and other protective equipment as needed. Exposure to loud equipment and machinery noises. Ability to lift 40 lbs. without assistance. Ability to lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 70 lbs. Qualifications Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing, operations, production, laboratory, or a related environment.

Proficiency with computer operations, including data transfer and file management. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to read measurements accurately.
