Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Embroidery Machine Operator, where you will play a vital role in bringing creative designs to life on a variety of garments and textiles. This energetic position requires precision, attention to detail, and a passion for quality craftsmanship. As an Embroidery Machine Operator, you will operate state-of-the-art embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered products that meet our standards and customer expectations. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional products while maintaining a safe and efficient workspace. Duties Set up and calibrate embroidery machines according to specific design requirements and production schedules Load fabrics, threads, and design files into the embroidery machines with accuracy and care Monitor machine operation throughout the production process, ensuring stitches are consistent and free of defects Troubleshoot machine issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain workflow efficiency Inspect finished products for quality, verifying embroidery alignment, color accuracy, and overall appearance Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and uphold quality standards Skills Strong understanding of garment construction and fabric handling techniques Experience operating sewing machines or embroidery machines with proficiency Knowledge of sewing techniques and garment finishing processes Familiarity with manufacturing workflows within a production environment Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating ability to handle materials efficiently and safely Attention to detail with an eye for precision in design execution Ability to troubleshoot machinery issues quickly and effectively This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while contributing to high-quality product creation.
