Finishing Department Operators clean, grind, and finish castings to meet customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Remove ceramic shell material from castings. Perform grinding, polishing, and other finishing operations. Inspect finished parts for quality and dimensional accuracy. Maintain equipment and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications:

Familiarity with hand tools and finishing equipment. Attention to detail and quality standards. Physical stamina for repetitive tasks. Ability to lift up to 50lbs Completion of work center and safety training as required. Reliable and ready to work an overnight shift - 10:30PM - 7

AM Working Conditions:

Industrial/manufacturing environment Exposure to noise, heat, and welding fumes Use of protective equipment including gloves, helmet, and safety glasses $150

Sign-On Bonus:

New Machine Operators are eligible to receive a $150 bonus after successfully completing six months of continuous employment and being in good standing at the time of payment.
