Gehring Tricot Corporation Department:

Frame Position:

Frame Operator First Shift- Hours are 4:00am-1:00 During peak season shift will work until 2:00pm (M-F) 3rd Shift Differential (extra $1.50/hr for two hours each day 4am-6am) paid for Frame Employees that have start time of 4:00am Paid Vacation and Review after 90 day

Probationary Period Qualifications:

General reading of work orders (batch cards), basic computer, and programming skills required. Good communication skills required. The position reports directly to Frame Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

Read and understand batch cards, possess knowledge of all machine controls Operate feed end of frame following SOP as required for each style/customer Fill in as needed for the pad operator (making finish, preparing work,etc) Move baskets, tubs, trucks & beams manually, operate sewing machine and overhead hoist General light duty maintenance, Maintain cleanliness around machine area

Physical Requirements:

Move carts of fabric by manual pushing. Lift and carry sporadically throughout shift. Perform tasks at moderate pace.
