• Position Overview
• The Assembly will be trained to follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Operation Descriptions (ODs) to mechanically adjust relays according to engineering instructions. This position reports to a Leadperson or Supervisor.
• Primary Responsibilities
• + Set up relay adjustment machines for various relay types.

+ Visually inspect relays for quality and accuracy.

+ Magnetize relays.

+ Adjust relay contact forces.

+ Adjust pickup, hold, and dropout voltage.

+ Adjust contact gaps.

+ Adjust contact bounce time.

+ Perform quality measurements and maintain accurate records, including SPC documentation.

+ Complete additional assembly operations as needed.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

+ Follow all company safety procedures, SOPs, and engineering instructions.

• Requirements
• + Higher education or equivalent work experience.

+ Strong visual acuity and attention to detail.

+ Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

+ Basic English communication skills, including speaking, reading, and writing.

+ One to two years of electromechanical assembly experience preferred.

+ Previous inspection experience preferred.

+ Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet quality standards.
