We're looking for an SMT Machine Operator to join our team and help us deliver high-quality electronic assemblies. If you've worked with Fuji XPF, Fuji CP, or Universal SMT machines or any other machines we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

Set up and operate SMT machines for production runs Load part feeders and reels into designated machine locations Perform line changeovers and feeder replenishment Adjust conveyor width and support pins for proper board transport Place PCBs into screen printers and perform first-piece quality checks Inspect boards before reflow to ensure proper part placement Make real-time adjustments to maintain quality standards Conduct routine preventive maintenance on SMT equipment Follow all safety protocols and assist with other tasks as needed What You Need to Bring to the

Minimum 1 year working with SMT equipment (Fuji XPF, Fuji CP, Universal preferred)

Skills:

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for the entire shift and work in a hands-on environment
