Shift Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Workers to join a manufacturing team in Honeoye Falls, NY. This role involves assembling components, following work instructions, and ensuring high-quality finished products in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble parts and components according to written and verbal instructions Use hand tools, fixtures, and assembly equipment as required Inspect parts for quality, accuracy, and defects throughout the process Maintain production standards while meeting safety and quality requirements Follow standardized work instructions and procedures Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Communicate any issues related to quality, materials, or equipment

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods Dependable attendance and positive work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

Standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Work Environment:

Manufacturing/industrial setting Exposure to machinery, noise, and production equipment Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Job Types:

$20.50 - $22.35 per hour
