ROBOTIC OPERATOR
$30.96/hour Purpose of the job: Machine problems solving, machine non-process parameters adjusting Process problems solving, process parameters adjusting Machine Operator maintenance execution, daily, weekly routines Machine failure reporting Machine operation in production mode Assemble and inspect finished product to ensure defined quality level on time Support for Operator, internal supplementary trainings Maintaining of Operator qualification and skill matrix Periodic machine, process re-validation, plan, execution, reports Machine maintenance, periodic maintenance plans collaboration Manufacturing preparatory operations, loading/unloading tooling and manual operations Machine safety requirements and reporting Key accountabilities: Handle, store goods and raw materials in the factory or the warehouse Set up production equipment: robot, machine, workstation, test bench, inspection tool, warehouse equipment as required Clean and maintain working areas and production equipment Perform manufacturing / production / test tasks as planned by the MRP Respect takt time and quality level assigned by operating instructions, methods process and MRP routing Identify parts as required by the operating instruction Monitor the production process and carry out basic testing and quality checks Alert Team Leader on process drift or quality problem Work with digital tools on the MRP system as required. Pack WIP goods ready for shipment to other stations using proper means as identified in process documentation. Complies with EHS rules The above list of duties is not exhaustive and will be adapted / adjusted according to the Regional Center needs Performance measurements: (OTD, QCD, Sales, PMC, Orders, Gross margin, etc.) Manufacturing efficiency: spent time vs methods time Product quality target Deliver production tasks on time EHS rules respect
Experience Mandatory:
High School Diploma or GED Certificate with technical aptitude required Experienced operator in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical domain 2-3 years education in mechatronics or robotic related disciplines desired or equivalent experience in production robotic operations 1-3 years experience as robotic operator preferred You don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
