Machine Operator

Machine Operator-Stress Relief Enter appropriate data for parts entering and exiting ovens. Processing first piece and part samples for Setup Technicians. Responsible for signing off on processes completed. Assist Quality Manager with annual CQI-9 self assessment. Washing and spinning off of parts, oiling and dying of parts. Adhere to the procedures set forth in the quality management system. Participate in Corrective and Preventative Action process as CAPA "owner " or team member. Responsibilities include facilitating root cause analysis, creating an action plan, verifying that corrective actions effectively "kill " the problems and applying lessons learned to other product lines as appropriate. Ensure that work area is clean and organized according to 5S principles. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
