As a Heat Press Operator, you'll be responsible for applying designs to apparel with accuracy and consistency, ensuring every finished product meets high standards. What You'll Do Receive and verify pre-batched orders to ensure accuracy and completeness Load garments onto heat press machines with proper alignment and positioning Apply designs according to job specifications, ensuring correct placement and orientation Operate heat press equipment while maintaining proper time, temperature, and pressure settings Inspect finished garments for defects, alignment, and overall quality Participate in peer quality checks to maintain consistent product standards Communicate any issues or discrepancies to the Team Lead quickly Maintain a steady, consistent workflow while prioritizing accuracy Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift Assist team members and support overall production goals as needed What You Bring Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely Comfort using basic measuring tools such as rulers Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Preferred Experience Production or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required Willingness to learn and be trained to company standards Work Environment You'll work in a casual, team-driven production setting focused on apparel decoration. The role involves standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks throughout the day. Safety, organization, and quality are core expectations, and both steel-toe boots or sneakers are required.
