Hours1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm $16.00-$17.00/hour Job Description Adecco is currently hiring for a Machine Operator - Non-Computerized position for a manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for setting up and operating equipment and die-cutting presses while ensuring products meetpany quality, quantity, and efficiency standards. This is a fast-paced production environment requiring attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Set up and operate production equipment according to specifications and work instructions Read and follow job cards, blues, and setup instructions Adjust machine controls as needed during production runs Inspect materials and identify imperfections or quality issues Meet or exceed production quotas and scheduling expectations Read and interpret blues toplete assignments accurately Use tape measures and perform basic math calculations accurately Understand and work with decimals, fractions, and standard/metric measurements Assist with material setup, gluing, packing, plucking, and material handling as needed Maintain inventoryanization and notify management when supplies are needed Maintain a clean,anized, and safe work area Follow allpany policies and OSHA safety regulations Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Work efficiently toplete tasks and meet deadlines Seek additional tasks and assist team members as needed Perform other duties assigned by management Qualifications Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred but not required High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to read, write, and follow instructions Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Basic math and measurement skills required Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and adapt to different responsibilities Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on concrete floors Ability to bend, lift, push, pull, squat, and reach throughout the shift Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance when necessary Ability to use hands and tools continuously during production tasks Must befortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, and temperature changes Ability to wear required PPE including eye and ear protection Why Work With Adecco? Pay Details:
