Stafkings is seeking an experienced Process Technician. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role responsible for preparing ingredients, following precise recipes, and ensuring each batch meets quality and food safety standards. Previous food manufacturing, processing, or production experience is required. Responsibilities Follow and verify batch recipes and ingredient specifications Prepare and cook ingredients to exact standards Operate equipment including pumps, scales, forklifts, and hand jacks Lead and support Process Assistants to ensure timely batch completion Monitor processes and identify or correct deviations Maintain accurate production and food safety documentation Maintain clean and organized work areas following GMP and HACCP standards Follow all plant safety, sanitation, and quality procedures Qualifications Previous food manufacturing or process experience required Experience with batch processing or ingredient preparation preferred Ability to accurately follow recipes, measurements, and procedures Forklift experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
