PM Supervisory Responsibilities:

None Job Summary Set up and operate manual production equipment and die-cutting presses to meet quality and efficiency standards.

Core Duties & Responsibilities Equipment Operation:

Set up and run machinery using job cards, blueprints, and standard work instructions.

Quality Control:

Adjust controls, spot material defects, and troubleshoot production issues.

Production Goals:

Meet output quotas to ensure on-time delivery.

Measurements & Math:

Use tape measures and calculate fractions, decimals, and standard/metric conversions.

Shop Support:

Assist with material handling, gluing, packing, inventory tracking, and keeping the workspace clean and safe.

Requirements:

Required Skills Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting ability. Basic math skills and ability to read blueprints/schematics. Ability to follow instructions and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, proactive team player willing to help in multiple roles.
